Short version: no cookies, nothing that identifies you, and we only use what you choose to send us.

What this website collects

This website does not use cookies or advertising trackers, and it loads no fonts or images from other companies.

To see how many people visit and which pages they read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies, does not identify you, and only gives us totals, such as the number of visits and which website sent them. The only other outside service is the one that delivers form messages to our email, described below.

Like most websites, the services that host it may keep short-term technical records, such as IP addresses and the time of a visit, to keep the site secure.

If you contact us

When you send a form on this site, your message is delivered to our email inbox. Google provides our email service (Google Workspace) and processes these messages for us. Nothing else is stored on this website.

We use your details on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, and arranging the demo or call you asked for.

  • We use your name, email, institution, message and phone number, if you give it, only to reply to you and arrange a demo or call you asked for.
  • We keep them only as long as we need to for that, and delete them sooner if you ask.
  • We do not sell your details or add you to mailing lists.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk.

Student data

This notice covers the website only. How EduSentra handles student data for an institution is agreed with that institution in writing before any real data is used.
